Q1 What exactly is a tailor-made holiday?

A:

Tailor-making your trip is the perfect solution for a truly unique holiday. If you would like a private tour tailored exclusively to your requirements, then our dedicated tailor-made team will create a personalised itinerary just for you.  It’s easier and more cost effective than you think. Just advise where and when you want to go, the style of accommodation, any special requirements, an approximate budget and we will do the rest.

Q2 Who is it suitable for?

Tailor-made holidays are perfect for all ages, all styles of travel and for any size of group – couples, family celebrations, groups of friends, honeymoons, school expeditions, special interest groups, charities, or simply travellers looking for that exceptional experience.

Q3 What about budget?

A:

We work to your requirements. We are happy to arrange tailor-made trips to suit most budgets – from cost-effective itineraries to more luxurious experiences. Generally speaking, the larger the group, the more economical the trip is.

Q4 How much deposit do we need to pay?

A:

The deposit amount is 30% of the tour price and the full payment for the tour is payable 60 days before departure.

Q5 Is there a minimum or maximum group size:

A:

There is no minimum (or maximum) for a tailor-made itinerary – from single travellers to groups of 22 chartering a private truck to large school expeditions. Usually the larger the group, the more economical it is.

Q6 Am I confined to a specific departure date?

A:

Choose your own departure dates and length of holiday. Our consultants will also be able to advise the best season for your destination of choice.

Q7 Am I limited with destinations?

A:

With over 70 countries in our line-up, there’s a lot to choose from. You can also combine certain destinations easily to create a multi-country itinerary.

Q8 What about tour leaders and local guides?

A:

We can arrange for an experienced English-speaking tour leader to accompany you throughout or use the services of English speaking local guides at specific sites and destinations. It will all be part of the tailor-made package.

Q9 What about the type of accommodation?

A:

You choose the style to suit your needs. We can match the style of accommodation to your budget or requirements. Why not mix it up a little and combine economical lodging with a luxury beach or city hotel at the end?

Q10 What kind of transport do you use?

A:

Depending on the itinerary, this may include walking, a private vehicle, public bus, cycling, plane, boat or train. Talk to us about your preferred mode of transport.

Q11 How will I know what is included? What if I have a specific activity I want to include?

A:

We list fully the inclusions that make up your tailor-made package so you are clear from the start what is and isn’t included. This can be as much or as little as you want. If you have a particular activity in mind, a special event to attend, or a specific destination to explore we can tailor the itinerary to meet your needs.

Q12 Do you book flights?

A:

We are able to quote for both land only and flight inclusive trips. As your committed one-stop travel specialist let us do the groundwork for you when deciding on international flights. After all we are taking the headache out of organising your ground arrangements so it makes sense that we do the same for your flights. We are fully bonded with ATOL so any flights and land arrangements booked through us is financially secure.

Q13 What about extras such as insurance, airport transfers etc…?

We can offer you the complete package including transfers, stopover arrangements and travel insurance.  Please discuss your requirements with us and let us take the hassle out of your travel arrangements.

Q14 What if anything goes wrong whilst I am travelling?

A:

We will provide you with a comprehensive itinerary listing accommodation, contact numbers and details of our local agents and offices.  We will also ensure your final documents contain our 24hr contact number in the unlikely event of an emergency.
